Main Monthly Meetings are held on the first Friday of each month (excepting January and December) in the Willis Room of the City of Whitehorse, Civic Centre, Whitehorse Rd Nunawading. Meetings begin promptly at 8:00 pm and generally include a guest speaker or some other form of organised activity. Coffee, tea and biscuits are available at the conclusion of each meeting.

On the third Friday of each month a Coffee Shop Meeting is held in the EMDRC Inc. Club Rooms, Milpara Scout Hall, 13A McCubbin St. Burwood. These meetings are quite informal and generally involve discussions of a project or technical nature, meeting starts 8:00 pm. Coffee, tea and biscuits are also available at this meeting.
